The great scone debate: jam or cream first? It has to be jam first right? A thin layer of jam makes a great foundation to heap on the clotted cream. This is known in the UK as the Cornish way or as I like to say, the correct way.

However for those of you who prefer cream first - the Devon way (or the wrong way) then I've got you covered too. Just search Cream First in my shop.

When visiting Cornwall recently I had asked at a few gift shops if they carried any "Jam First" posters and I was unable to find any. On returning home to Australia I was very happy to see that I could order a poster from Georgina Westley and that she was happy to send it internationally.
