Refund policy

I have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. To start a return, you can contact me at georgina@georginawestley.co.ukBuyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Damages and issues

I send all my prints out in sturdy cardboard tubes or envelopes to prevent even the toughest of posties damaging your parcel. However, if your print does arrive damaged then please contact me as soon as you can and I will do my best to put it right for you. Please contact me here with details along with a photo of the damage.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned for instance custom or personalised orders. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns on gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
I will notify you once I’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
