A dynamic wave of bright teal and deep emerald crashes diagonally against a moody sky of dark plum and slate. Beneath the breaking water, warm peach, terracotta, and soft gold tones create a glowing shoreline, anchored by dark rocks at the base and a delicate, mast-like line dotted with gold.
Painted with layered acrylics on heavy paper and finished with a protective gloss varnish.

Welcome to Snapshots, my new series of paintings that capture the subtle yet profound moments that illuminate our lives. From the soft glow of a sunset to the unexpected light after a storm, these pieces explore how we recall fleeting memories or envision hopeful futures—often with a sense of nostalgia, longing or curiosity.
Vibrant, bold, and dreamlike, these tiny pieces of art have the nostalgic charm of an 80s Polaroid. Each original, hand-painted piece is created in one sitting, with distinct impressionistic brushstrokes and emotive colours. A coat of gloss varnish adds depth and a hazy, luminous glow.
Each Snapshot is numbered and titled but their true alchemy lies in how they resonate with your unique perspective. These little paintings are designed to become a mirror for your memories, a canvas for your dreams.
Spend time with them, let your gaze wander, and allow your intuition to settle on the Snapshot that speaks to you.
